Meditation & Sadhana

Daily Practices for Spiritual Awakening

Sadhana - daily spiritual practice - is the foundation of transformation. Through consistent meditation, pranayama, mantra, and devotional practices, we create the conditions for Divine Mother's grace to work through us.

The Sacred Foundation

What is Sadhana?

Sadhana literally means "that which is done" - it refers to our daily spiritual practices that purify the mind, open the heart, and prepare the vessel for divine realization. It is both discipline and devotion, effort and surrender.

In Kundalini Maha Yoga, sadhana is not something we do to achieve enlightenment, but rather a way of life that keeps us aligned with Divine Mother's will and open to Her transforming grace.
